The Hub is a white box with multiple columns on the corner of Spring and Mercer located in a high pedestrian traffic area in the heart of Soho.

There is a double door entrance on both Spring and Mercer with a full glass frontage for window display. The ground floor is 4000 square ft with a 1200 square ft basement.
